A solid daily driver recipe from Smile Tiger Coffee Roasters. Pair with a medium-light roast.

Ingredients

Coffee 32g
Water 500g
  1. Total
    Step Instructions
  2. 0:00
    Heat the water to 95ºC
  3. 0:00
    Pour 60g water over the grounds and stir gently
  4. 0:30
    0:30 After 30 sec, pour 250g more water
  5. 1:15
    0:45 At the 1:15 mark, pour until 450g
  6. 2:00
    0:45 At 2:00, pour the final 50g up to 500g
