###  Ingredients

     Coffee   45g     Water   720ml     Temperature   93°C     Grind   Medium     Ratio   1:16     Time   4:30-5:00

 Insert Chemex filter and rinse with 200ml hot water

  0:00

 Discard rinse water and add 45g coffee (medium grind)

  0:00

 Level coffee bed by gently shaking Chemex

 0:45

 0:45

 Bloom with 90g water, ensuring full saturation

 0:45

 1:30

 Pour to 250g in concentric circles

 1:00

 2:30

 Continue pouring to 500g

 1:00

 3:30

 Final pour to 720g

 2:30

 6:00

 Wait for complete drawdown (total time 4:30-5:00)
