Place Chemex filter with triple-fold facing spout

Rinse filter thoroughly with hot water, discard rinse water

Add 42g coffee ground medium-coarse (sea salt texture)

0:45 Start timer, pour 84g water in spiral for bloom

0:45 Pour to 200g in slow, steady spiral

0:45 Pour to 400g maintaining even saturation

0:45 Pour to 700g for final brew weight

2:00 Allow complete drawdown (target 4:30-5:00 total)
