Grind Medium

    Insert Chemex filter and rinse with 200ml hot water
  3. 0:00
    Discard rinse water and add 45g coffee (medium grind)
  4. 0:00
    Level coffee bed by gently shaking Chemex
  5. 0:45
    0:45 Bloom with 90g water, ensuring full saturation
  6. 1:30
    0:45 Pour to 250g in concentric circles
  7. 2:30
    1:00 Continue pouring to 500g
  8. 3:30
    1:00 Final pour to 720g
  9. 6:00
    2:30 Wait for complete drawdown (total time 4:30-5:00)
