18g coffee ground fine 324g water (199F) Set-up: - Wash filter - Tap grinds flat Bloom: - 30g water direct center of grinds - bloom for 30 seconds - 30g water in spiral from center - bloom for 30 seconds Brewing: - Add between 100-150g of water in spiral form - don't let water drain below grinds - continue until 324g of water total
