###  Ingredients

     Coffee   50g     Water   800ml     Temperature   93°C     Grind   Medium     Ratio   1:16     Time   4:30-5:30

1. &amp;ZeroWidthSpace;

     Total

     Step Instructions
2. &amp;ZeroWidthSpace;

     0:00

        Open Chemex filter into cone, place with triple fold against spout
3. &amp;ZeroWidthSpace;

     0:00

        Rinse filter with hot water to seal against glass and preheat
4. &amp;ZeroWidthSpace;

     0:00

        Add 50g coffee ground medium
5. &amp;ZeroWidthSpace;

     0:00

        Make shallow indentation in center of grounds
6. &amp;ZeroWidthSpace;

     0:45

      0:45   Pour 100g water for bloom, starting from center
7. &amp;ZeroWidthSpace;

     1:30

      0:45   Pour to 300g in slow, steady circles
8. &amp;ZeroWidthSpace;

     2:30

      1:00   Pour to 600g maintaining consistent flow
9. &amp;ZeroWidthSpace;

     3:30

      1:00   Final pour to 800g total
10. &amp;ZeroWidthSpace;

     5:30

      2:00   Allow brew to finish draining
