Bergamot is a citrus-forward flavor commonly found in Earl Grey tea. In specialty coffee, bergamot notes can be detected in some high-grown, lightly roasted African coffee beans, particularly those from Kenya or Ethiopia. The flavor is bright, floral, and slightly sweet, with hints of orange or lemon.
