 Scott Rao's methodical V60 approach emphasizing even extraction and consistent results. Known for producing clean, balanced cups with excellent clarity.

Ingredients

     Coffee   22g     Water   360ml     Temperature   94°C     Grind   Medium-fine     Ratio   1:16.4     Time   3:00-3:30

Brewing Steps

1. &amp;ZeroWidthSpace;

        Rinse filter thoroughly with hot water

        Add 22g coffee ground medium-fine
4. &amp;ZeroWidthSpace;

        Level the coffee bed by tapping gently
5. &amp;ZeroWidthSpace;

     0:45

      0:45   Pour 60g water in spiral motion from center outward
6. &amp;ZeroWidthSpace;

     0:50

      0:05   Stir gently with spoon to break up clumps
7. &amp;ZeroWidthSpace;

     1:20

      0:30   Pour to 200g in steady spiral
8. &amp;ZeroWidthSpace;

     1:50

      0:30   Pour to 360g maintaining steady flow
9. &amp;ZeroWidthSpace;

     3:50

      2:00   Allow drawdown (target total time 3:00-3:30)
