Water	850ml
Temperature	96°C
Grind	Coarse
Ratio	1:15
Time	4:00

Brewing Steps

Warm French press with hot water, then discard

Add 56g coarse ground coffee (slightly finer than breadcrumbs)

Start timer, add 850ml water just off boil

Stir gently with wooden spoon

Place lid on top with plunger pulled up

At 4:00, press plunger down slowly

Pour and serve immediately
