    Pour 1 liter water at 93°C

    0:30 Stir twice gently after 30 seconds

    3:30 Place lid on press, wait until 4:00 total
  7. 4:00
    Press plunger down steadily over 10 seconds
  8. 4:00
    Serve immediately to prevent over-extraction
