Grind 340g coffee on coarse setting

Add coffee to cold brew vessel

Pour 1.5 liters cold filtered water over grounds

1:00 Stir gently to ensure all grounds are saturated

Cover and steep at room temperature for 12 hours

Filter through coffee filter or fine mesh

Dilute concentrate 1:1 with water or milk

Serve over ice and refrigerate remaining concentrate
