GLITCH COFFEE & ROASTERS is a Tokyo-based specialty coffee roaster founded in 2015 by Kiyokazu Suzuki in the historic Jimbocho district, with a mission to introduce Japanese coffee culture to the world through meticulously sourced, light-roasted single-origin beans. The roaster is committed exclusively to black coffee, emphasizing the unique terroir of each farm through precise in-house roasting and hand-drip pour-over methods. With a minimalist aesthetic rooted in Japanese tradition — including a family crest logo — Glitch has grown from a single Jimbocho café to multiple locations across Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya.
