Illycaffè
illycaffè is a Trieste-based Italian espresso company founded in 1933 by Francesco Illy, originally launched as Illy & Hausbrandt with partner Roberto Hausbrandt. Now a globally distributed family-controlled business with around 1,200 employees, illy is known for its signature espresso blend and its long-running coffee research and barista training initiatives, headquartered on Via Flavia in Trieste.
