Kicking Horse Coffee
Kicking Horse Coffee is a Canadian specialty roaster founded in 1996 by Elana Rosenfeld and Joe Johnson in a two-person Invermere, British Columbia garage. Named for the Kicking Horse River in the Canadian Rockies, the company grew into a national brand and was acquired by Italian conglomerate Lavazza in 2017 in a deal valued at $215 million.
