Kurasu Coffee
Kurasu is a Japan-based specialty coffee roaster, café, and retailer founded in 2013 in Sydney by Yozo Otsuki, originally selling Japanese hand-drip coffee equipment online. After opening its first physical café in Kyoto in 2016, Kurasu now roasts on a Loring 35kg machine at its Nishijin Roastery and operates seven outlets across Kyoto, Singapore, and Bangkok.
