Maruyama Coffee
Maruyama Coffee is a Japanese specialty coffee roaster founded in April 1991 in Karuizawa, Nagano Prefecture by Kentaro Maruyama, then 23 years old. Maruyama personally selects and procures beans by visiting farms worldwide, building long-running grower relationships. The company now operates roughly a dozen shops across Nagano, Yamanashi, and metropolitan Tokyo.
