Partners Coffee
Partners Coffee is a Brooklyn-based specialty coffee roaster that began in Williamsburg in 2012 as Toby's Estate New York under co-owners Amber Jacobsen and Adam Boyd, who licensed the name from the original Australian roastery. After a 2019 brand change, the company now operates as Partners Coffee with a Williamsburg roastery and multiple NYC cafés.
