Phil & Sebastian Coffee Roasters
Phil & Sebastian Coffee Roasters is a Calgary, Alberta specialty coffee roaster founded on March 30, 2007 by Sebastian Sztabzyb and Phil Robertson, who left engineering careers after meeting at the University of Calgary. Starting at the Calgary Farmers' Market, the company opened its roasterie in 2009 and now operates five Calgary cafés alongside a national wholesale program.
