Regalia Coffee is a Long Island City, NY specialty roaster co-founded in 2018 by classical-musician-turned-roaster Paolo Malikski and Chisato Malikski. Operating from a 7,000 square foot facility called Multimodal — equipped with a Diedrich IR5, Mill City roasters, and a Probat P25/2 — Regalia roasts solo-producer small lots and traditionally processed coffees with a meticulous ear for nuance.
