Round Hill Roastery is a south-west England specialty coffee roaster founded in 2012 by Eddie Twitchett, based in Radstock, Somerset. Starting from a small industrial unit no bigger than a garage and roasting for the Bath farmers market, Round Hill has grown into a respected UK roaster with a philosophy built around respecting the bean from origin through to roasting.
