Single O Roasters is a Sydney specialty coffee company founded in 2003 in Surry Hills, formerly known as Single Origin Roasters. Owned by Dion and Emma Cohen, Single O was a pioneer of Sydney's third-wave coffee movement and operates a Reservoir Street café alongside the Sideshow specialty brew bar — birthplace of the Juggler Café Milk Tap System.
