Sump Coffee
Sump Coffee is a St. Louis, Missouri specialty coffee roaster and shop founded December 1, 2011 by Scott Carey, a former lawyer who launched Sump in a South Jefferson space he purchased with his late brother. Initially a multi-roaster café, Sump moved into in-house roasting for consistency and has expanded with a second location in Nashville adjacent to Pastaria.
