The Roasterie
The Roasterie is a Kansas City, Missouri specialty coffee roaster founded in 1993 by Danny O'Neill, who air-roasted his first batch in his Brookside basement after falling in love with coffee as a foreign exchange student in Costa Rica in 1978. Distinguished by its air-roasting process, The Roasterie now roasts over a million pounds of coffee a year from its Kansas City factory.
