Oliver's Custom Coffee is a high-end specialty coffee brand launched in January 2024 by Oliver Stormshak, co-founder and president of Olympia Coffee Roasting Co., focusing on rare small-batch lots with experimental post-harvest processing developed in direct collaboration with producers worldwide. Every coffee is offered in both a lighter and darker roast level — communicated via Agtron score — so customers can explore how roast impacts flavor. The brand is committed to seeking out underserved and under-appreciated origins, sourcing the rarest varietals and custom fermentations to deliver world-exclusive coffees.
