Roast House
Roast House Coffee is a Spokane, Washington specialty coffee roaster founded in 2010 by Deborah Di Bernardo on a mission of long-term sustainability and equitable trade. Built around organic, fair-trade, shade-grown, hand-sorted beans, Roast House won more than two dozen national awards. After Di Bernardo's passing in late 2024, the roastery continues under Aaron and Allison Jordan.
