Chloé Cà Phê
Chloé Cà Phê & Roastery is a specialty Vietnamese coffee roaster and café in Midtown Sacramento, founded by Charley Phung and Crystal Huynh-Kim as a tribute to family, heritage, and Vietnam's coffee culture. They source rare, direct-trade beans from Vietnamese farmers — including Fine Robusta, Liberica, THA1, and Catimor — paying above fair-trade prices to champion Vietnam's place in the global specialty coffee market. Named after the founders' daughter, the roastery blends culture, coffee, and community in a distinctive space that also showcases vintage Porsches.
