PERC Coffee (short for Panther's Eye Roasting Company) is a specialty coffee roaster founded in 2010 in Savannah, Georgia, dedicated to making world-class coffee approachable and fun. The roastery operates from a restored warehouse and focuses on small-batch roast profiles crafted to maximize the natural sweetness and character of each coffee, sourcing from producers with whom they build long-term relationships. With shops in both Savannah and Atlanta, PERC is known for its vibrant, welcoming atmosphere, colorful branding, and a philosophy that specialty coffee should be an inclusive, joyful experience for everyone.
