Dark Matter Coffee is a Chicago specialty roaster founded in 2007, born out of the Star Lounge Coffee Bar. Headquartered at "The Mothership" on N Western Ave, Dark Matter operates eight locations throughout Chicago and is known for unconventional, creative coffee, packaging, and collaborations.
