HAYB (short for "How Are You Brewing") is a Warsaw, Poland specialty coffee roaster founded in 2016 by father-and-son team Robert and Wiktor Borowski. Originally launched under the name Coffee Republic, HAYB is among the leaders of Polish specialty coffee, with both owner Wiktor and head roaster Dawid Zadara holding Q-Grader certifications.
