Three Oaks Roasting Co. is a North Carolina specialty coffee roaster originally founded in Charlotte as Midwood Coffee Roasters in 2021. The founders moved to Shelby and rebranded as Three Oaks in 2024, and in 2025 expanded further by acquiring Broad River. Three Oaks emphasizes sustainability and craft small-batch roasting.
