Topeca Coffee Roasters is a Tulsa, Oklahoma specialty coffee roaster founded in 2002 with a six-generation family history of coffee growing on the slopes of El Salvador's Santa Ana volcano dating back to 1850 (Santiago Diaz-Caceras). One of the first "seed-to-cup" roasting companies in the world, Topeca roasts and serves coffee from its own Salvadoran family farms alongside other sustainable origins.
