DOMA Coffee Roasting Company
Founded in 2000 by Terry and Rebecca Patano in Post Falls, Idaho, DOMA Coffee Roasting Company is a small-batch, sustainability-focused roaster dedicated to high-quality, ethical coffee sourced through direct trade relationships. They roast using an eco-friendly Loring smart roaster and are deeply committed to community, environmental stewardship, and the craft of coffee. DOMA is named after the founders' two sons, Dominic and Marco, and embodies a family-centered, passion-driven approach to specialty coffee.
