Coffee Project New York is a minority women-owned specialty roaster founded in 2015 by Chi Sum Ngai and Kaleena Teoh, with cafés in the East Village and a roastery in Long Island City. An SCA-certified premium coffee training campus, Coffee Project NY focuses on direct-trade single origins and runs education programs alongside its wholesale operation.
