Colonna Coffee is a Bath-based specialty roaster founded in 2015 by three-time UK Barista Champion Maxwell Colonna-Dashwood and Lesley Colonna-Dashwood, growing out of their celebrated Colonna & Small's coffee shop (founded 2009). Known for deep work on water chemistry and flavor profiling, Colonna also operates a London location on Leather Lane opened in 2023.
