Ditta Artigianale is a Florence, Italy specialty coffee roaster and café group founded in 2013 by three-time Italian Barista Champion Francesco Sanapo and Patrick Hoffer. Combining the tradition of espresso italiano with a third-wave approach, Ditta operates three cafés in Florence and roasts on a small Brambati machine in Arezzo.
